Starters

Slow roasted cajun spiced belly of pork, apple & black pudding tarte tatin, butternut squash puree, thyme sauce

Seared fillet of tuna, smoked haddock & sweet potato fritter, wasabi dressing.

Goats cheese panna cotta, herb ice cream, asparagus salad, reduction of red peppers.

Mains

Roast breast & confit leg of quail, seared foie gras, caramelised peach, pickled mushrooms, fried quails egg.

Pan fried fillet of sea trout, herb gnocchi, sweet peas, crab veloute.

Roast artichoke & butternut squash tart, broad bean puree, parsley, baby leaves.

Dessert

Warm chocolate fondant, orange mousse, chocolate & lime sauce, marshmallow & coke ice cream.
